Jamun is basically originated from INDIA, so natives of INDIA eat it too much. It’s called “JAVA PLUM” or “BLACK PLUM” in English. It’s also found in other countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Malaysia etc.
Jamun’s tree is tall but Jamun itself is very small in size. Its average length lies within 1cm to 5cm. Its skin is smooth and shiny. Its color depends upon its growth. If you have more intake of berries it can cause problems for your skin. Acne may break out.
